The first thing to keep in mind is at that files required for a presentation should be grouped together in a folder. This means that you can easily archive up presentations or move them around without having to worry about missing something.
A presentation is put together with a Script file, which is just a textfile stored in that same folder. Think of it as an extremely simple program. Using a textfile gives maximum flexibility and makes things nice and open ended - I can easily add more capabilities in future. It also lets me get something pretty up-and-running without having to spend a huge amount of time writing a posh WIMP-based editor!
Before I scare off anyone not technically-minded with the suggestion of editing unfriendly textfiles: Yassa has the facility to "auto-generate" a script file, based on some common options you can set in the WIMP front end. It only takes a few clicks of the mouse. You can then examine and change the script later if you wish - but if not, it will work as it is.
If your needs are met with the simple options provided by the WIMP front-end, you don't even need to create a script. You can just set things up and jump straight into the show.
