Yassa can display a single image fullscreen. To do this, just drag the file onto the Iconbar icon. A window like this will appear:
Tweak the settings how you want (screen resolution, how the image is plotted, and so on) and click on "Go!". Press E or Escape to exit. See later for a full list of controls.
