Yassa stands for "Yet Another Slideshow Application". It has been written as part of a system I have built and maintain - a computer controlled multimedia system with an Iyonix at its centre. Most of the applications are tied in to extra purpose-built hardware and so are not worth releasing to the community, but Yassa seems to be turning into quite a neat application in its own right and so I am releasing it as freeware.
